Store Associate Wanted for Second Hand in Eskilstuna City

Are you a driven and creative salesperson who wants to work with second hand and promote more sustainable consumption? Do you also want to coach and develop people in work training? We are now looking for a store associate for a fixed-term position for those who have been granted some form of employment support.

In the role of store associate:

Your tasks in the second hand store in Eskilstuna City will include leading and instructing participants, customer service, cash handling, unpacking goods, merchandising, and donation management. As an employee within Social Enterprises, you will convey the values of Stockholm City Mission to participants, donors, customers, volunteers, probationary individuals, and colleagues.

Good to know:

The work can be fast-paced at times and may involve heavy lifting. Opening and closing shifts, as well as evenings and weekends, are part of the job.

These qualifications and characteristics we expect you to have:

• Interest in people, service, and store work
• Interest in merchandising and store communication
• A desire to take on increased responsibility in tasks, daily planning, and operations
• Experience in teaching your knowledge to others

The position is located at the second hand store in Eskilstuna City and is a fixed-term employment at 50% for those with some form of employment support. Start date: April 1, 2026.
